Level 3 regulations have 12 generated digits. But 5 of them has range of possibilities. In red. You have time to analyse it before start to build.
GARAGE TIME
You are able to walk in your garage and modify available parts of engine. After your garage time is gone you are invited outside. Otherwise you miss your race. (it is part of gameplay)
